Distances are measured from Tiffin (44883) to your ZIP code, and the matching fee shows up on the checkout page before you pay. Paid deliveries include a $5 fuel surcharge while gas prices stay this high — the free 10-mile zone is not affected.
How It Works
- Add your Geek Bars to the cart and head to checkout — it takes about a minute.
- Enter your delivery address. The delivery fee (free within 10 miles, $10 for 11–20 miles, then $5 more for every 10 miles after that) is applied automatically based on your ZIP code.
- Pay in full at checkout by card and you’re done — we text you a confirmation from 567-804-3387 and text again when the driver is on the way. Inside the free-delivery ring (within 10 miles of Tiffin) you can also pick Cash on delivery: we text you to confirm first, then you pay the driver at the door.
- At the door, show a valid photo ID (21+) — the driver checks it and may scan it. Then — before you accept it — open and test your device while the driver is there. Testing is on you; the driver won’t prompt you. Once the driver leaves, the sale is final. See Returns & Refunds.
Good to Know
- Delivery only. We don’t ship and we don’t have a walk-in counter.
- 21+ with valid photo ID. It’s federal law for nicotine products. If we can’t verify your age at the door, we can’t complete the delivery.
- Hand-to-hand only. Orders are never left on a porch or with someone under 21.
- Test it before you accept it. Open the box and try the device while the driver is still there — that’s your only return window, and it’s your responsibility, not the driver’s. Once you accept it and the driver leaves, the sale is final.
- Open 7 AM – 3 AM, every day. Closed 3 – 7 AM, no exceptions. Weekends included. You can order any time — orders placed while we’re closed go out after we open at 7 AM. Call or text 567-804-3387.
- We run on texts. A working mobile number is required. Confirmation and driver-on-the-way texts come from 567-804-3387 — cash orders don’t go out until you reply.
- Cash at the door is for the free-delivery ring only. Within 10 miles of Tiffin you can choose Cash on delivery at checkout. Everywhere else, the full amount is paid online at checkout — our drivers don’t take payment.
